The Heart-Sick Groans sound nothing like their name

Let’s get one thing out in the open. Am I good or am I good? Seriously. Listen to this new song from Heart Sick Groans and then answer that question.

This multi-layered bit of pop with it’s interwoven vocals, odd percussion, and heartfelt crooning is a great addition to the just slightly emo Swedish indie pop scene (Loney Dear, Jens Lekman, Pelle Carleberg). Is this your new favorite band, or what?

(Do you like this new conversational style? Just saw a documentary on Hunter S. Thompson so I thought I’d throw myself into the story.)
