Marching Band (from Linköping) have been making a fuss in the indie rock world since I first wrote about them back in 2006. I tend to like their simple indie pop. From what I’ve heard of the new record it’s a more layered and complex release (and the band admits a “darker” affair). Still I’ll reserve judgement until I hear the whole thing. This may be the first single – it’s certainly one of the more catchy songs I’ve heard.
